Summary

Fruits of 7 cultivars grown in the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, were stored: a) for 3 months at 3 deg C in air or standard controlled atmosphere (4.5% CO2 + 2.5% O2) in 1990; and b) for 4 months at 0 deg C in air, standard controlled atmosphere or low-O2 controlled atmosphere (1.5% CO2 + 1.5% O2) in 1991.
