IT SUCCESSIVELY DEALS WITH RESOURCES AND THE MARKETING OF FRESH, FROZEN, SALTED AND CANNED FISH. IT DEVELOPS AN IMPORTANT CHAPTER ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE EU ECONOMIC COMMUNITY POLICY ON FISHING AND PROCESSING IN THIS AREA AND OF ITS RELATIONS WITH OTHER PRODUCING MEDITERRANEAN COUNTRIES. A CHAPTER IS DEVOTED TO THE MARKETING OF FROZEN FISH OF THESE SPECIES. THE REPORT STRESSES THE DISPARITY OF COSTS WITH ATLANTIC PRODUCTION, THE EXCESS COST OF FREEZING AND THE FAILINGS OF EQUIPMENT.
