Summary
Microdochium nivale SUF 1377 is capable of producing an extracellular lipase at 4 deg C. Enzyme activity is at its highest at 20 deg C. The effect of the temperature (0-60 deg C) on the activity of lipases of M. nivale and of Fusarium oxysporum is compared.
