TESTS WERE CARRIED OUT ON THE STORAGE SUITABILITY OF DIFFERENT FROZEN FOODS (VEGETABLES, MEAT PRODUCTS AND SEAFOODS, SNACKS, PRECOOKED FOODS). THE AUTHOR SHOWS THAT THE STORAGE LIFE OF FROZEN FOODS IS AFFECTED NOT ONLY BY THE STORAGE TEMPERATURE BUT ALSO BY THE PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS, THE PROCESSING METHOD AND THE PACKAGING OF THE PRODUCT (PPP FACTORS).
