Radiotracer studies on the uptake and retention (conversion) of 35S-sulfur dioxide in table grapes.

Summary

Several varieties of grape are exposed to SO2 for 0.5 to 288 hours under different storage conditions, at temperatures of 20-22 or 0-2 deg C. The absorbed SO2 content and the proportion of residual sulphur are measured. Study of the interaction of sulphur with grape components.
