Summary
The 16th European Conference on Latest Technologies in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is an interesting moment for the presentation of the “Real Alternatives”, the new, just launched blended learning on alternative refrigerants to HFCs. The presentation intends to evidence the reasons that supported the preparation of the course - sustained by the European Commission within the Leonardo LLP -, the scope and targets of the course, its structure and arguments. Brief examples of the contents of the eLearning course are evidenced, together with its web site where it is possible to register and use the course, free available with its extended library and links that integrate the instructions. The course can be completed at an authorized training center that will complement the theoretical part with the necessary practical ones and will perform an assessment of the knowledge gained by the trainees, releasing a certificate.
