Summary
Research on preparing techniques for 3 kinds of frozen Chizen dishes i.e. pork with green beans, is briefly introduced in this paper. The frozen storage stability of these prepared frozen dishes was evaluated. The purpose of the research is to improve the traditional cooking methods of Chinese-style dishes in order to meet the needs of industrialized production.
