Summary
An overview is given on the possibilities and conditions required in order to store soft fruits and to steer the market supply. Long-term storage is possible, especially for gooseberries and red currants. By applying appropriate temperature-CO2 content regimes, fungal storage rots can be controlled sufficiently.
