Summary
The results of experimental investigations of the refrigeration treatment (refrigeration, subfreezing) of the Black Sea sprats (Clupeonella delicatula) are presented. It is shown that freshly caught Black Sea sprats can be stored in subfrozen conditions over a period of 4 weeks if refrigeration technology is applied.
