Summary
This article presents a numerical study on the impact of transport properties on the condensation characteristics of certain refrigerant mixtures. It provides new correlations developed to calculate the thermal conductivity and viscosity of some alternative refrigerant mixtures such as R507, R404A, R407C, and R410A. New improved condensation correlations for predicting the heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop are presented.
