Summary
The factors that affect the non-loss performance are analysed and the conception of best liquid volume fraction is brought out in the paper. The graph of relation between non-loss storage time and liquid volume fraction, the non-loss storage time and work pressure of a 40 m3 railway tank container is given, which has direct significance for the design, use and selection of these containers.
