The crystallization kinetics of glycine hydrochloride from "frozen" solution.
Author(s) : MILTON N., NAIL S. L., AKERS M. J.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Glycine hypochloride was used as a model solute to study the quantitative aspects of solute crystallization during the freezing process prior to lyophilization. The kinetics of glycine hydrochloride crystallization were studied between the glass transition region and the eutectic melting temperature by differential scanning calorimetry.
