The functions of lubrication in CO2 heat pump with expander.

Author(s) : AN Q. S., MA Y. T., TIAN H.

Summary

The fundamentals concerning the influence of oil on the various components of carbon dioxide heat pump are discussed; especially the favorable and unfavorable influences of the lubricant. Because the function of oil in compressor is different from that of oil in expander, the emphases of studying are putted in the CO2 expander; such as the oil film thickness in the leakage passage and the flow working of high pressure oil-refrigerant mixtures all are researched by use of the theory and the experimentation.
