DETERMINATION OF THE EFFECT OF THESE STORAGE CONDITIONS ON THE OVERALL MASS LOSSES, THE CHEMICAL COMPOSITION, THE ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES AND THE STORAGE LIFE OF GRAPES. THE AVERAGE STORAGE LIFE IS 60 TO 105 DAYS. OVERALL MASS LOSSES RANGE BETWEEN 5.1 AND 15.6%. (Bull. bibliogr. CDIUPA, FR., 15, N.4, APR. 1981, 28, 154440.).
