Summary

VARIOUS TABLE GRAPE CULTIVARS WERE STORED AT 273 K (0.C) IN PRESENCE OF SULPHUR DIOXIDE GENERATORS. DETERMINATION OF THE EFFECT OF THESE STORAGE CONDITIONS ON THE OVERALL MASS LOSSES, THE CHEMICAL COMPOSITION, THE ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES AND THE STORAGE LIFE OF GRAPES.
