The role of regulatory systems modulating the state of cytoskeletal proteins under the temperature and osmotic effects.

Type of article: Article

Summary

An attempt has been made to estimate changes in some regulatory systems (ion carriers, secondary messengers, ATP and biosensors) participating in the regulation of physico-chemical state of cytoskeletal proteins in the cell subject to the effect of cooling to 0 deg C and osmotically active compounds. The mechanisms of participation of the systems in the functional modulation of cytoskeletal and cytozol proteins remain unclear, so some theses are suggested for discussion.
