SECOND YEAR TRIALS ON STORAGE OF LEMONS CV FEMMINELLO ARE REPORTED. FRUITS FROM FIRST HARVEST TIME WERE OF BETTER QUALITY THAN THOSE HARVESTED LATER AND HAD A LOWER PERCENTAGE OF DECAY AFTER 90 DAYS IN STORAGE. LEMONS WITH SINGLE FRUIT POLYETHYLENE WRAPPING SHOWED LONGER SHELF LIFE AND IN BETTER CONDITION (LESS WEIGHT LOSS AND COLD STORAGE PITTING) THAN LEMONS WRAPPED IN PAPER OR UNWRAPPED.
