Summary

Grapes were stored for 135 days at 0 plus or minus 1 °C and 87% relative humidity. Increasing the duration of storage was associated with increases in the amount of decay and total soluble solids, weight loss, shattering, rachis colour, shrivelling and browning and with decreases in the total acidity and brittleness in both cultivars. Fakhry-Shahroudy grapes stored better for long periods than Keshmeshi Seedless grapes.
