THE AUTHORS DEVELOPED A PROCEDURE BASED ON THE AMPEROMETRIC DETECTION IN HPLC. IT APPEARS MORE SENSITIVE THAN POLAROGRAPHY AND IT ELIMINATES INTERVINING FACTORS WHICH RENDER THIS DIFFICULT. IT WAS APPLIED TO THE ESTIMATION OF THE EFFECT OF IONIZING RADIATIONS ON THE VITAMIN C CONTENT OF FROZEN FRUIT AND FRUIT JUICES.
