Summary

To maintain the full refrigeration potential of liquid nitrogen in the freezing of products using gasified liquid nitrogen a system of refrigeration supply with the use of vortex tube is offered. Liquid nitrogen from the tank after evaporation in the heat exchanger goes to the vortex tube where it is separated into hot and cold flows. Hot flow returns to the heat exchanger, is cooled with evaporating nitrogen and then goes to the chamber for precooling of foods. Cold flow goes directly to the freezing room.
