WITH THE DECREE N149 OF MARCH 27, 1981, DANISH AUTHORITIES PUT INTO APPLICATION, FROM APRIL 1, 1981, THE REGULATION N2967/76 OF THE COUNCIL OF EUROPEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITIES DETERMINING COMMON STANDARDS RELATING TO THE WATER CONTENT OF FROZEN OR QUICK-FROZEN POULTRY. THE WATER CONTENT OF FROZEN OR QUICK-FROZEN POULTRY IS FIXED AT 5% MAXIMUM. THE CONTROL OF WATER CONTENT CAN BE DONE AT ANY STAGE OF MARKETING.
