The sample is made up of only 15% of the establishments of the agro-food industry but represents more than half of the total electrical consumption in this sector. It gives its electrical energy consumption and the part dedicated to the production of cold by sub-sectors (meat, preserve provision, brewery, drinks, stores, etc.) and by fluid used.
