This document describes the situation for mycotoxin regulations worldwide in 1995 based on an international inquiry carried out during 1994-95. Following a discussion of the rationales for mycotoxin regulations, the results of the international inquiry are listed giving maximum tolerated levels of mycotoxins in foods, milk products and feeds by country.
