New in our Encyclopedia. Cold storage conditions for fruits and vegetables

Practical recommendations for the cold storage of over 200 cultivars of fruits, vegetables and herbs.

The IIR has just released a new resource on cold storage conditions for fruits and vegetables on its website. Over 200 cultivars are listed, including tropical crops and culinary herbs. This new resource therefore complements the information provided in our reference book: Recommendations for chilled storage of perishable produce.

We have compiled the data into a user-friendly and practical table that presents storage temperatures, relative humidity, storage time, controlled atmosphere conditions.

You can browse the entire table or find a specific product by entering its name in the table’s search bar.
