THIS METHOD, USING 18 CARBON SOURCES, WAS APPLIED TO 781 PSEUDOMONAS STRAINS ISOLATED FROM BEEF, PORK AND MUTTON STORED IN AIR AT 273, 278 AND 283 K (0, 5 AND 10 DEG C), FROM VARIOUS SLAUGHTERHOUSES, WITH OR WITHOUT AN OFF-ODOUR.
