FREEZING PROCESSES ARE CLASSIFIED ACCORDING AS THERE IS A CONVEYOR. THE FREEZERS WITH SUCH A CONVEYOR ARE GROUPED AFTER THE HEAT TRANSFER COEFFICIENT.
