Summary

THE ARTICLE DESCRIBES THE TECHNICAL FEASIBILITIES OF FREEZING METHODS WHICH HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED THROUGHOUT THE WORLD TODAY. THE MOST PROMISING FREEZING SYSTEMS ARE ANALYSED IN TERMS OF OPERATIONAL RESULTS. IT IS CLAIMED THAT THE MOST DEVELOPED FREEZING PROCESSES IN THE FUTURE WILL BE FLUIDIZATION AND IMMERSION FREEZING AND THAT THE USE OF SCREW COMPRESSORS WILL BE MORE WIDESPREAD.
