IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE IMMERSION FREEZING PROCESS, THE AUTHOR PROPOSES TO USE EQUIPMENT WHICH MOVES THE PRODUCT IN A FLOWING LIQUID MEDIUM, INCLUDING AN HYDRAULIC CHUTE IN THE FORM OF AN ARCHIMEDES SPIRAL WITH SEQUENTIAL OPENING. OPERATION OF THE PLANT WITH VARIOUS PRODUCTS CAN BE PREDICTED WITH A MATHEMATICAL MODEL. THE EQUIPMENT IS NOT VERY BULKY.
