Type of article: Article
Summary
Refrigeration for public houses is becoming more sophisticated due to the rising expectations of British beer and lager drinkers concerning the correct temperature for their drinks. A supplier of cellar cooling equipment now produces dual cooling/heating units to ensure correct temperatures. One brewery chain of outlets is having all existing R12 units changed to R134a. Others are opting for R22 in new equipment. There is also a growing concern with noise levels. D.W.H.
