Summary
The Regional Consumption Centre in Lille, France, has published the results of a survey on the compliance of the major brands with the standards in use in the food industry. 17.5% of these products were found not to meet the standard requirements. Measurements in display cabinets revealed temperatures of 17 deg C for self-service pork products, 12 deg C for salmon, etc.
