Summary

In this paper, an experimental investigation of the performance of an open compressor of 660cc indicated for bus transport has been carried out. The compressor has been tested working with R134a, HFO-1234yf in a wide range of operating conditions. The obtained results have been systematically compared and analyzed in terms of COP, capacity, discharge temperature, oil sump temperature, compressor and volumetric efficiencies.
