Compression systems with natural working fluids: results and conclusions from IEA Annex 22 (1995-98).
Author(s) : STENE J.
Summary
Annex 22 of the IEA Implementing Agreement on Heat Pumping Technologies, "Compression Systems with Natural Working Fluids" will be completed July 1998 after 3 years and a half of operation. The main goals have been to expand the knowledge base and develop the technology of heat pumping systems using ammonia, hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide, water and air. Eight countries have been participating in the Annex, and SINTEF Energy Research in Norway has been the Operating Agent. Results of research and development profits are given.
