Summary
A CONTINUOUS FREEZING LINE FOR EWE'S MILK WAS DESIGNED FOR CHEESE MAKING. THE RESULTS SHOW THAT THIS TECHNOLOGY DOES NOT CHANGE THE COMPOSITION OF THE MILK WHICH IS PROCESSED INTO CHEESE. THIS TECHNOLOGY IS ALSO A CONVENIENT LINK IN THE PRODUCTION CHAIN, IN THAT IT SAVES TIME AND ENSURES STABILITY. IT IS POSSIBLE TO EXTEND THE PRODUCTION AREA.
