Summary

Consumption of quick-frozen foods (excluding poultry) is rising everywhere in Europe (from north to south). Consumption has reached a level of 40.8 kg per capita per year in Denmark and 38.9 kg per capita per year in Great Britain (up from 38.5 kg in 1997). The rise in consumption patterns is also marked in Scandinavian and Southern European countries.
