Summary
Studies of seeds from pumpkin cv. Bolo Verde fruits collected 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 days after anthesis (DAA) showed that physiological quality was greatest in seeds from fruits collected 75 DAA (at physiological maturity). The seeds were stored for 10 months under ambient conditions (24 °C and 70% RH) in hermetically sealed containers or in cloth bags, or at 15 °C and 50% RH in hermetically sealed containers. Seed quality was not affected by storage conditions.
