Summary
Fresh spinach beet leaves were stored at 4 or 18 °C and 43, 86 or 98% RH. Leaf quality was unacceptable after 3 days' storage at 18 °C, regardless of RH level. Leaves held at 4 °C and 86 or 98% RH remained acceptable for 9 days. Leaves held at 4 °C and 43 RH were unacceptable after 4 days' storage due to dehydration.
