FIVE HOT OR COLD CLEANING TECHNIQUES WITH DIFFERENT DETERGENTS WERE APPLIED TO THE MILKING EQUIPMENT. STUDY OF THE MICROFLORA OF RAW MILK STORED FOUR DAYS AT 277-278 K (4-5 DEG C).
