DETERMINATION BY PLATE COUNT OF THE NUMBER OF BACTERIA CONTAMINATING MILK AFTER COLLECTION, STORAGE IN TANK ON THE FARM AND IN THE DAIRY AND PRIOR TO THERMAL TREATMENT. THE RESULTS SHOW THE INCREASE IN MICROFLORA DUE TO EXCESS TEMPERATURE, THE INSUFFICIENT CLEANLINESS OF THE EQUIPMENT AND LONG-TERM STORAGE.
