Summary
Percentage of motile spermatozoa was recorded for unfrozen and frozen-thawed samples. The highest post-thaw motility was obtained with 0.25 cm3 straws frozen at 73.8 deg C/min and thawed at 49 deg C/min in a 37 deg C water bath. Cold diluted semen yielded higher motility for both unfrozen and frozen spermatozoa.
