ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CRYOEFFECT OF DIFFERENT MEDIA UPON THE STORAGE OF SOME MICROSCOPIC FUNGI AND CULTURES OF ASPERGILLUS ORYZAE IN A FREEZE-DRIED STATE.

[In Bulgarian. / En bulgare.]

Summary

EXPERIMENTS TO PRESERVE STRAINS OF MICROSCOPIC FUNGI IN THE FREEZE-DRIED STATE SHOW THAT THEY HAVE A LOW RATE OF SURVIVAL. TRYING DIFFERENT PROTECTIVE MEDIA FOR FREEZE-DRYING AND PRESERVATION: 277-281 K (4-8 DEG C), FOR 300 DAYS, THE AUTHORS CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT BETWEEN THE 3 EXPERIMENTAL STRAINS THE BEST CRYOPROTECTIVE EFFECT WAS AVAILABLE IN THE MEDIUM OF SUCROSE 10% + GELATINE 1.5% + SKIM MILK.
