THE ARTICLE DESCRIBES THE PRODUCTION OF FROZEN FISH PRODUCTS SUCH AS SAURY, MACKEREL, BREAM AND FLOUNDER, THE FREEZING PROCESS AND PRODUCTION IN 1982.
