Summary
In 2002, adverse weather conditions again had a negative impact on ice cream consumption in France. This phenomenon has become recurrent, and stakeholders are trying to solve the problem by deseasonalizing sales. On March 5, 2003, the journal Le Monde du Surgelé invited distributors, users and suppliers to take part in a roundtable in order to exchange their viewpoints on the market. This article presents extracts from the roundtable.
