VOLATILE COMPONENTS WERE STUDIED IN FRUIT FROZEN JUST AFTER HARVESTING, USING THREE DIFFERENT EXTRACTION PROCEDURES: DISTILLATION UNDER VACUUM, LIQUID-LIQUID EXTRACTION, ENTRAINMENT BY NITROGEN.
