Results of a preliminary ecological analysis of different frozen foods, using four pre-isolation treatments (manual and mechanical agitation, treatment with a peptonized water jet under pressure and ultrasonic treatment) applied in sequences. Evaluation of the efficiency of each treatment for the separation of yeast cells and colony-forming units.
