GEOMETRIC MEANS FOR COLIFORM ORGANISMS, ESCHERICHIA COLI AND STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS IN ONION RINGS WERE LOWER THAN 3, LOWER THAN 3 AND LOWER THAN 10/GRAM, RESPECTIVELY ; THOSE FOR TUNA PIES WERE 5, LOWER THAN 3 AND LOWER THAN 10/G.
