Summary

Pasteurized milk represent a well established component of the dairy market. The microbiological characteristics of 73 packages of different types of pasteurized milk were studied. They were displayed on refrigerated counters in some shops. The results of this research, even if they're reassuring from the sanitary point of view, reveal some aspects that deserve reflections.
