Summary
Milk pasteurized at 115 deg C maintained a good microbiological quality during 22 days at 10 deg C, whereas the milk pasteurized at 72 deg C was spoiled after 15 days. During storage at 2 deg C, the type of pasteurization made no difference to storage life.
