A HEAT PUMP COMBINED WITH COLD GLYCOL WATER AND HOT WATER THERMAL STORES CAN MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR REFRIGERATION AND HEAT IN CHEESE FACTORIES, WHICH ARE NOT SIMULTANEOUS, MAKING IT POSSIBLE TO BENEFIT FROM A PREFERENTIAL ELECTRICITY TARIFF.
