Summary
It is demonstrated that the use of R407A and R407B offers the potential for energy efficiency improvements in new and existing equipment designs, and so offers a coherent and logical strategy for the management of a smooth transition from R502 to a zero ozone depletion refrigerant with minimal environmental impact.
