Summary
Results of analyses of 475 samples of frozen meat. 859 colonies of psychrotrophes were isolated, as well as 1.291 colonies of mesophiles. The predominant psychrotrophes were Cladosporium and Penicillium, while most of the mesophiles belong to the Aspergillus, Cladosporium, and Penicillium genuses.
