Summary

VARIOUS LOTS WITH AVERAGE INITIAL FIRMNESS MEASUREMENTS RANGING FROM 7.3 TO 10.9 KILOGRAM FORCE (KGF) SOFTENED TO 2.3 KGF IN 30, 65, 125 OR 130 DAYS. ADDITIONAL SOFTENING TO ABOUT 0.9 KGF OCCURRED DURING SHIPMENT FROM CALIFORNIA TO EUROPE (25 TO 32 DAYS).
